•£20 off first colon hydrotherapy session | Limited time only | Book now or schedule a free 15 minute consult.
At your first session, I’ll check if the treatment is right for you, discuss your concerns and goals, and explain the process – which is why the initial appointment takes a bit longer.
You’ll privately change into a clean towel in the bathroom and come through to the treatment room where you’ll lie on your back on the treatment bed. I’ll gently massage your abdomen to assess the area, then insert a small, lubricated speculum while you lie on your side. This connects to a machine that regulates warm water flow to begin the treatment.
You may feel mild cramping as your body reacts, but the process is gentle and comfortable. Once complete, the speculum is removed and you’ll use the toilet. You can then get dressed and carry on with your day.
